Candidate Registration & Security Deposit Terms and Conditions
1. The candidate voluntarily registers with RR Enterprises and confirms that all information and documents provided are true and correct.
2. At the time of registration, the candidate shall pay a Registration Fee equivalent to one month’s salary and a Security Deposit equivalent to one month’s salary, as per the agency’s policy.
3. The Registration Fee is charged towards administrative, documentation, verification and registration-related services.
4. The Security Deposit shall be held and refunded strictly in accordance with the agency’s refund policy and applicable terms.
5. If the candidate refuses to join, leaves the job voluntarily, provides false information or violates the agreed terms, the Security Deposit shall be dealt with in accordance with the agency’s policy.
6. RR Enterprises acts only as a manpower recruitment and payroll service provider. Final selection, appointment, salary, working conditions and continuation of employment are solely at the discretion of the employer/client.
7. RR Enterprises does not guarantee permanent employment or continued placement.
8. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patna, Bihar.
9. By signing the registration form, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
अभ्यर्थी पंजीकरण एवं सुरक्षा जमा (Terms & Conditions)
1. अभ्यर्थी अपनी स्वेच्छा से RR Enterprises में पंजीकरण करा रहा/रही है तथा उसके द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी सही एवं सत्य है।
2. पंजीकरण के समय अभ्यर्थी द्वारा एक माह के वेतन के बराबर Registration Fee तथा एक माह के वेतन के बराबर Security Deposit जमा किया जाएगा।
3. Registration Fee प्रशासनिक, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन एवं पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया हेतु ली जाती है।
4. Security Deposit एजेंसी की नीति के अनुसार रखा जाएगा तथा इसकी वापसी एजेंसी की निर्धारित शर्तों के अधीन होगी।
5. यदि अभ्यर्थी स्वयं नौकरी जॉइन नहीं करता/करती, बीच में छोड़ देता/देती है, गलत जानकारी देता/देती है या नियुक्ति की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता/करती है, तो Security Deposit की वापसी एजेंसी की नीति के अनुसार होगी।
6. अभ्यर्थी यह स्वीकार करता/करती है कि RR Enterprises केवल भर्ती एवं मैनपावर उपलब्ध कराने का कार्य करती है। अंतिम नियुक्ति, वेतन, कार्यस्थल, सेवा शर्तें एवं नौकरी जारी रखना संबंधित नियोक्ता (Employer/Client) के विवेक एवं नियमों पर निर्भर करेगा।
7. एजेंसी किसी भी नौकरी की स्थायी गारंटी नहीं देती है।
8. किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में संबंधित न्यायालय का क्षेत्राधिकार पटना, बिहार होगा।
9. पंजीकरण कराते समय अभ्यर्थी यह घोषित करता/करती है कि उसने सभी नियम एवं शर्तें पढ़ ली हैं, समझ ली हैं तथा उन्हें स्वीकार करता/करती है।
